  1. What is Remy hair?
    Remy hair is premium human hair with the cuticles kept aligned in the same direction—this means less tangling, softer feel, and a more natural blend.
     

  2. Do I need to bring hair with me?
    No. We supply the hair at your appointment and match it to your color, length, and desired thickness.  (BYO is welcome).
     

  3. How many bundles will I need?
    It depends on your hair and your goal. As a guide,
    1 bundle ≈ half a head (20”). We’ll confirm the exact number during consultation.
     

  4. Will extensions damage my hair?
    When applied and maintained correctly, extensions are designed to be gentle and protective. We’ll show you easy aftercare to keep your hair healthy.
     

  5. How long do they last?
    Longevity varies by method, lifestyle, and aftercare. We’ll set expectations at your appointment and provide simple maintenance tips.
     

  6. Can I bring my child?
    Yes — we’re child-friendly. Please let us know in advance so we can make the experience as smooth as possible.
     

  7. Do you take a deposit?
    If a deposit is required, you’ll see it clearly during booking.  Any reschedule/cancellation windows will be shown there as well.
